Black Rock Resort Casino
Kapchagay, Kazakhstan — The proposed Black Rock Resort Casino takes advantage of the large Kapchagay Lake beach front and vistas of the Great Almaty peaks. The project is to be phased over the next two and half years. This project is part of a larger scale new city of approximately 750,000 people that will include 13 new casinos, airport and infrastructure support to be built over the next 20 years.
