Harrah's Station Square Casino

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania — A joint venture between Forest City Enterprises and Harrah's Entertainment propose a new $512M casino as part of the $1 billion dollar Station Square development along the banks of the Monongahela River. The 400,000 SF Casino to have 4,000 slots initially, 30KSF of restaurant venues, 300 room hotel and parking for 4,000 cars. The glass and steel "Wintergarden" entry pavilion is a 21st century interpretation of a classic 19th Century conservatory to be the jewel centerpiece of the project and provide a year round urban park space.
