Atlantic City, New Jersey — The project is composed of three parts: a podium housing a multi-level parking garage with 465 spaces, a townhouse element along Maine Avenue masking the parking structure from the street and a 32 level residential tower with 306 units (1, 2 and 3 bedrooms). The porte cochere at the corner of Atlantic and Maine Avenues leads into the main lobby. This top podium level is planned as the amenities level providing a food & beverage area, a health spa, enclosed pool and a pool deck. In addition, there is also en exterior pool deck available for the summer months when it is estimated that the pool area will be used at its maximum capacity. The top of the tower showcases an exterior deck looking out towards the Atlantic Ocean.
