Marina Energy Center

Atlantic City, New Jersey — This project is a 30,000 square-foot, 2-level utility plant that services the Borgata Resort Casino. Built in 2003, the energy center provides electricity for the entire resort, and delivers the necessary hot and cold water to the building's HVAC systems. It houses electrical switchgear, generators, water chillers/boilers, office spaces, and a control center from which employees monitored the mechanical equipment at all times.
