Atlantic City, New Jersey — This newly renovated promenade consists of a 2 phase renovation of the existing entry from the public parking garage to the main casino. Phase 1 includes modification to the existing parking garage structure to allow for added public amenities, redesign of the pedestrian experience in the promenade, re-distribution of pedestrian traffic and redevelopment of existing tenant storefronts. Phase 2 includes further development of the public circulation at the main entry atrium, addition of a full service restaurant, four quick serve outlets, and four boutique retail outlets creating an inviting entrance to the hotel.
