Evolution at Ocean Casino Resort

The Project

The design team was tasked with creating a dynamic live studio for Evolution Gaming at Ocean Casino Resort. They accomplished this by creating a 17,000 sq. ft. open area fit-out that would serve as the center for the client's live online gaming entertainment platform. In addition to the open area, the project involved the transformation of 15,000 sq. ft. of unused administrative offices on the floor above. These spaces were reinvented into new and improved office amenities, including a reception area, offices, conference rooms, bathrooms, locker rooms, training studios, and a kitchenette. One of the highlights of the design is the creation of an employee lounge, which was designed as a multipurpose room. Transparent screen walls were utilized to provide flexibility and accommodate various experiences. The lounge can serve as a quiet space for working on a laptop or relaxing while watching a favorite show. It can also be used for small meetings or recreational activities like playing foosball with coworkers. To bring the client's vision and brand to life, the design team reimagined the space with bold wall coverings and unique light fixtures. They incorporated overscale elements that made unexpected and playful statements, aligning with the client's dynamic and vibrant brand identity. Overall, the design team successfully created a dynamic live studio and revamped the administrative offices into functional back-of-house spaces. The design choices, including the use of bold elements and innovative features, contribute to an engaging and visually striking environment that reflects the client's vision and brand.
