The clients acquired a parcel adjacent to their existing home to expand their summer residence and transform it into the ultimate oceanside retreat. The architectural team designed an attached new construction residence that expands towards the dune. The result is a sophisticated yet inviting open-concept home, with ample indoor-outdoor living spaces, a pool deck, and private access to the beach. Unique to this site was the ability to expand the recreation deck across the bulkhead to create an elevated lawn reaching toward the dune and beach.
