The Project

This three-story beachfront home is located adjacent to the boardwalk in Ventnor City, NJ. The 8,000 sq. ft. contemporary home is an entertainer’s dream home. The exterior features bold, geometric cladding in shades of white and gray and expansive windows to maximize the ocean views from within. Along the boardwalk side is a playful outdoor space with a pool, custom-designed waterfall feature and unique, whimsical outdoor sculptures. The interior of the home features double-level living spaces, including seven bedrooms, and first floor living and entertaining spaces with a full bar and wine wall that will keep guests visiting all summer long.
