The Project

Once a fine china factory, this outmoded plant is being transformed into a modern operational space for Barrette Outdoor Living, a national leader in fencing, railing and garden products. This three-phase project includes overhauls of warehouse facilities, production offices, restrooms, locker rooms and cafeteria. Construction of a new two-story office building will house a reception area, training and conference rooms, gym, and exhibit space. Utilizing warm woods and cool concretes with equal ingenuity, the resulting design by SOSH Architects is a fusion of the natural and industrial worlds.
