The Project

The proposed Black Rock Resort Casino takes advantage of the large Kapchagay Lake beachfront and vistas of the Great Almaty peaks. The project consists of a modestly sized casino with accompanying food and retail venues situated along a grand promenade that leads patrons to luxurious guest rooms located within a striking architectural high rise hotel and spa. The program also calls for a very exclusive VIP casino which is strategically located on a secluded island on the lake. The project was developed to be phased over a two to three year period.
