The Project

In The Borgata’s bustling retail corridor, boutiques and quick service eateries compete for the attention of the casino resort’s many visitors. So The Borgata team brought SOSH on board to create a stand-out “sweets and eats” concept that would combine a full-fledged bakery with a savory bites casual menu. The resulting venue reads rustic-chic French pastry shop with a subtle palette of soft pink walls and whitewashed woods providing the perfect backdrop for the bakery’s vibrant products. Design details such as sculpted wall panels, limed oak cabinetry, feature lighting, furnishings and millwork complete the European influence and visually transport patrons to a quaint Parisian locale.
