Camden County Boathouse at Cooper River

The Project

This 23,000 sq. ft. award-winning boathouse and banquet facility is located on Cooper River, a world class 2,000 meter race course. Inspiration was drawn from selected features along Boathouse Row and the Adirondack style of architecture. Prefinished cement board siding, cultured stone veneer, vinyl insulated windows and fiberglass shingles were applied to a wood framework which houses offices, boat storage, conference rooms, lookout tower and banquet facilities conditioned by a geothermal HVAC system.
