The Project

Designed by SOSH Architects, this shore home offers a contemporary take on the traditional beach house. Modern touches elevate the pleasures of beachfront living. A contemporary abundance of glass windows provides ample views to the ocean. The house’s double decks feature a playful novel cut out in the roof. With Seaside zoning codes necessitating a smaller than usual footprint, SOSH Architects were challenged to maximize living space, resulting in an airy open floor plan and coffered ceilings, creating an atmosphere as serene as the sea outside.
