Rowan Health Services Garage

The Project

Cooper Medical School of Rowan University needed to accommodate student and overflow parking for the hospital. Located adjacent to the school, the new garage has a total of 1,040 parking spaces, and 3,000 square feet of office and study space at ground level for Cooper Medical School students and staff. The architectural design features a decorative metal screen, which helps to reduce car headlights from disrupting the surrounding area, while also enhancing the aesthetics of the neighborhood. The overall design vision intends to marry the new structure into the existing look and feel of the current school building to make them look like part of one cohesive campus.
